Shigeru Moroizumi makes artworks of thermometers. The thermometers wear no scales to measure. You will face directly what the liquid in a glass tube forms owing to the change of the temperature. You might find something different about the familiar thermometer.

I call the red band by the thermometers on the wall Temperature Drawing. The thermometers are lined up to make an alphabet in each 24 boxes out of 27 hang on the walls in the gallery. Temperature Drawing is pulsating all the while as the daily and yearly rotation of the earth is made, therefore, the alphabets are pulsating as well in the boxes.　　　　　　　　　　　 　Moro                                                                                                 Translation Ayumi Kudo
